It is an organic compound with white crystalline particles and a colorless to pale yellow liquid when dissolved in water. This product is easily soluble in water, methanol, and ethanol. It has a large dissociation constant in water and can form stable complexes with metal ions. Can form stable adducts with compounds containing reactive oxygen species, keeping the reactive oxygen species stable.
