EDTMPS is a nitrogen-containing organic polyphosphate salt, belonging to cathodic corrosion inhibitors. Compared with inorganic polyphosphates, its Corrosion Inhibition rate is 3-5 times higher. It is miscible with water, non-toxic and pollution-free, with good chemical stability and temperature resistance, and still has good scale inhibition effect at 200 ℃. In aqueous solution, EDTMPS can dissociate into 8 positive and negative ions, which can chelate with multiple metal ions to form multiple monomer structured macromolecular network complexes. These complexes are loosely dispersed in water, disrupting the normal crystallization of calcium scales. Additionally, EDTMPS Cas:22036-77-7 has good scale inhibition effects on calcium sulfate and barium sulfate scales.
