How to synthesize Tetrabutylammonium acetate/TBAA cas:10534-59-5?  The specific steps are as follows: In a 1000mL three necked flask, add 193.4g (0.6mol) of tetrabutylammonium bromide (purity 99%) and 200g of methanol , stirred and dissolved at room temperature, and then placed in an ice water bath while maintaining stirring;

Add 20.8g (0.5mol) of sodium hydroxide (purity 96%), stir for 2 hours, filter, transfer the filtrate to another 1000mL three necked flask, place in an ice water bath and keep stirring;

Add 3.8g (0.09mol) of sodium hydroxide, stir for 2 hours, filter, transfer the filtrate to a new 1000mL three necked flask, place it in an ice water bath and keep stirring;

Add 38.3g (0.64mol) of acetic acid (purity 99.5%) dropwise to a solution pH of 6-7, stir and react for 2 hours, then transfer to a 1000mL single necked flask for rotary evaporation in an oil bath.

Gradually increase the temperature of the oil bath from 40 ℃ to 90 ℃ and start the water ring vacuum pump until no distillation occurs; Add 200g of acetonitrile to a single necked flask, stir and dissolve at room temperature, then place it in an ice water bath and stir for 2 hours before filtering. Transfer the filtrate to another 1000mL single necked flask for rotary evaporation in an oil bath.

Gradually increase the temperature of the oil bath from 60 ℃ to 80 ℃ and start the rotary vane vacuum pump until no distillation occurs, finally obtain 179.4g of the nearly white target product Tetrabutylammonium acetate/TBAA cas:10534-59-5  with a yield of 99.2%.
