Synthesis and refining of Tetraethylammonium fluoroborate or TEATFB(Et4NBF4) cas:429-06-1: Weigh 25g of Tetraethylammonium chloride and 50g of butanol and add them to a polytetrafluoroethylene reactor. Slowly add a fluoroboric acid aqueous solution dropwise at 30 ℃ for 2 hours, then raise the temperature to 40 ℃ and continue the reaction for 2 hours.
